Body Types ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use the Body Types mobile application.

Your photos and measurements are processed by Google's Gemini AI through our secure backend servers to generate body type classifications and style recommendations.
Key points about AI processing:
Photos are sent to Google Gemini solely for the purpose of generating your analysis results.
We do not use your photos to train AI models.
Google's use of data sent through the Gemini API is governed by Google's API Terms of Service.
AI-generated results are approximations for informational and entertainment purposes only.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with enterprise-grade security.
Photos and personal data are protected with encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest.
Access to your data is restricted to authenticated sessions tied to your account.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of your data.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Service Providers: We use third-party services to operate the App, including:
Google Gemini AI — for photo analysis and body type classification
Supabase — for secure data storage and authentication
RevenueCat — for subscription and payment management

You can view your analysis history and profile information within the App at any time.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App's settings (Settings > Delete Account). This permanently removes:
Your profile and account information
All saved analyses and photos
Your body type history
This action cannot be undone.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
You can opt out of non-essential communications by adjusting your notification settings or contacting us.
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.
Users between 13 and 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these locations.
