To get an accurate result, follow these visual rules:
The phone should be at waist height, not tilted.
Wear clothes that show your silhouette (leggings, swimwear, or gym wear).
Ensure your head and feet are both visible in the frame.
If you encounter a bug or the app freezes during the "Analyse" phase:
Restart the app: Most upload issues are resolved by a quick refresh.
