Welcome to Body Types ("the App"), operated by Body Types ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Body Types is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze your body type based on the Kibbe Body Type System. The App uses photos you provide, along with self-reported measurements, to suggest body type classifications and provide outfit feedback.
Important: The App provides AI-generated suggestions for informational and entertainment purposes only. Results are not professional advice and should not be treated as such. Body type classification is inherently subjective, and results may vary based on photo quality and other factors.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.
To access certain features, you must create an account using an email address and password, or by signing in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for:
Providing accurate account information
Maintaining the security of your login credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The App offers limited functionality at no cost, including a limited number of body type analyses.
The App offers a premium subscription ("Body Types AI Pro") that unlocks additional features including:
Unlimited scans
AI-powered scoring with detailed feedback
Style tracking over time
Daily recommendations
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store ("Platform"), depending on your device.
A 3-day free trial may be offered to new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged.
Payment will be charged to your Platform account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Platform account settings at any time.
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be directed to the respective Platform. We do not process payments or refunds directly.
By uploading photos or entering personal information (such as height, weight, and body measurements), you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.
You represent that:
You have the right to upload any photos you submit
Your photos do not violate any third party's rights
You will not upload photos of other people without their consent
You agree not to upload content that is:
Illegal, harmful, or offensive
Sexually explicit or pornographic
Infringing on the rights of others
Malicious or designed to disrupt the App's services
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Photos and measurements are processed by Google's Gemini AI to generate analysis results.
Your data is stored securely and is accessible only to you.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App's settings.
To maintain service quality, the App enforces daily usage limits (currently 50 analyses per day). These limits may change at our discretion.
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Body Types and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App
Reverse-engineer or decompile the App
Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written permission
Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the App's services
The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos and generate body type classifications and outfit feedback. You acknowledge that:
AI results are approximations and may not be fully accurate
Results are for informational and entertainment purposes only
The App does not provide medical, health, fitness, or fashion advice
You should not make health or lifestyle decisions based solely on the App's output
AI technology has inherent limitations and may produce inconsistent results
The App integrates with third-party services including:
Apple and Google for authentication and payment processing
Google Gemini AI for photo and body type analysis
RevenueCat for subscription management
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Account deletion is permanent and will remove:
Your profile and account information
All saved analyses and photos
Your body type history
This action cannot be undone. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your Platform (Apple or Google) account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
Results will be accurate or reliable
Defects will be corrected
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Body Types shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from:
Your use of or inability to use the App
Any AI-generated content or recommendations
Unauthorized access to your data
Any third-party conduct on or related to the App
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Body Types, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
